Tristan Angulo, Deputy Voter Protection Director of WisDems sent us an email containing the following information regarding poll watchers for the crucial November Election.

He stresses, “We recognize that it will take a holistic, ‘all hands on deck’ approach to ensure we have as many poll observers as possible in the field on November 3 to help protect the vote in every corner of the state.” He explains why it’s so important to have adequate poll workers, and how you can help.

Sign up to be a Poll Observer for the November Election!

Poll Observers are the eyes and the ears of our team on the ground on Election Day and are the last line of defense against instances of voter suppression and a crucial resource for voters.

There is no residency requirement to be a poll observer here in Wisconsin! Anybody can be a poll observer, and they can serve anywhere in the state! We want as many poll observers as possible to “blanket the zone” and help protect voters this fall!

The deadline to submit the form is Sunday, October 18th! Commit to being a poll observer for November - click here!

Interested in being a Poll Observer but not yet ready to commit? Attend a Poll Observer Information Session! These online 30-minute sessions will cover the basics of being a poll observer and walk you through the steps to getting involved for the fall. We have them every Tuesday at 5pm CT! Poll Observer Recruitment Phone Banks are back! Help protect the vote in Wisconsin by recruiting poll observers for our November general election! These are some of the EASIEST calls you’ll make because we only call Strong Democrats across the country to see if they are interested in being poll observers here in Wisconsin for November

All you need is your phone and a computer (laptop or desktop, not a tablet). Training is offered at every phone bank on Google Meet, and we provide the script!

We make calls on Tuesdays at 5pm CT, Thursdays at 12pm CT, and Saturdays at 3pm CT. To sign up for a shift, click here!
