Neighborhood Action Teams (NATs) are the Democratic Party of Columbia County’s neighborhood-level organizing structure. They are designed to foster ongoing grassroots engagement, encourage leadership development, and support voter contact and mobilization throughout the county. Through canvassing, phone banking, relational organizing, and community outreach, NATs help translate the party’s countywide mission into sustained local action. By organizing at the neighborhood level, NATs strengthen communication, increase volunteer participation, and build the long-term relationships needed to elect Democrats and advance Democratic values in Columbia County.
